Built by one person.
On purpose.
Promogranade is a founder-led studio run by Abhinandan M Jain out of Jalgaon, India — with clients in Dubai, the GCC, Southeast Asia, and a handful of brands in India that want to operate like global ones.
The origin
I spent the first stretch of my career running events. Physical ones — stages, catering, travel. Then the world changed and I noticed the work that survived was the work most people thought was optional: the systems, the pipelines, the code underneath.
Promogranade is the result. An AI-first agency I run myself, for operators who'd rather talk to the person shipping the work than to a salesperson selling it.
The thesis
AI, IT, and marketing under one roof isn't a bundle — it's the modern shape of growth. The website feeds the ads, the ads feed the automation, the automation feeds the retention loop. Three vendors means three P&Ls and three Slacks. One operator means the work flows.
Jalgaon is global now. A laptop and a tight connection reach Dubai, Singapore, and London in the same breath.
How the work actually gets done
Claude Code and Antigravity do the heavy lifting on build. A small dev team picks up scope that doesn't need the founder. Contractors come in for design, paid media operators, and motion work. Everything runs through me before it ships.
What Promogranade refuses to do
- Sell funnels instead of systems.
- Take on work I can't personally own.
- Promise timelines I can't honour.
- Inflate numbers. Small, honest, repeat-clients.
