Lead → Google Sheet + Slack alert
Every website lead logged to a sheet and pinged to your team instantly (n8n).
Trigger: Webhook (POST from your form)
1) Webhook — receives name, email, message
2) Google Sheets → Append Row (Timestamp, Name, Email, Message)
3) Slack → Send message to #leads: "New lead: {{name}} — {{email}}"
4) Respond to Webhook → 200 OK
Tip: add an IF node to route high-budget leads to a separate channel.New form → CRM + welcome email
